This pepper jelly is made with a delicious
assortment of jalepenos, serranos and Anaheim
peppers.  The Anaheim peppers tame this jelly
so you can enjoy the sweetness of the jelly that is
followed by a mild kick of heat from the jalepenos
and serranos.  The jelly is a darker shade of
green than the Sweet version because of the
peppers that are used.  

Can be used as an elegant appetizer over cream
cheese spread on crackers or as a glaze on
chicken or pork.
